Practitioners

Meet our practitioners…  We offer a wide array of healing modalities!

Kelli Reeser – Owner, Registered Massage Therapist, Natural Health Practitioner, Registered Clinical Counsellor/Hypnotherapist

Kelli’s journey into the metaphysical and holistic practices began at an early age. She has always had an acute awareness of energy and emotions, and the powerful effect they have on our well being. After years of receiving treatment, such as massage therapy and energy healing, Kelli decided to fulfil her dream and become a registered massage therapist and holistic practitioner herself. Kelli has received a vast training in massage therapy, which includes relaxation, deep tissue, orthopedic, pediatric, geriatric, pre & post-natal, lymphatic drainage, sports therapy, and breast and abdominal health massage. Her holistic practitioner training includes reflexology, acupressure, aromatherapy and psychosomatics. Each treatment is personalized to meet the individual’s healing needs. Kelli’s vision was to open a multi-disciplinary health and wellness centre where people could access all different types of healing modalities and obtain relief that conventional medicine does not always offer. Once the perfect location was found, the search for the name to encompass the concept began, resulting in One Therapy for Body, Mind & Spirit, and the mission statement, “Heal the Body, Enrich the Mind, Nurture the Spirit”. Kelli is pleased to see her vision coming to fruition and the community now enjoying and benefiting from what the Centre has to offer.

Melanie Bell – Registered Massage Therapist

I Studied at  ACMT in Edmonton, graduating In 2017. Currently I offer Therapeutic, Orthopaedic, Prenatal, and Intraoral Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, Advanced Craniosacral Therapy and Holistic Nutrition for the digestive system.  I treat all ages including infant, paediatric and geriatric clients.

Sarah Cropley RMT – Registered Massage Therapist

Sarah has been a member of the One Therapy team since 2018 and is a graduate of MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy. During her formative years, Sarah witnessed people close to her struggle with chronic pain. As a result she chose a career focused on helping others dealing with similar issues. This initial spark, along with her passion for anatomy and biology, led her to a career as a massage therapist. Sarah is trained in Swedish massage, therapeutic massage, lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage and myofascial cupping. She specializes in helping people to relieve pain associated with a variety of orthopedic conditions and postural disfunctions. Sarah also ensures that each client participates in a meaningful consultation prior to treatment, which allows her to tailor treatments to their specific needs. In her free time Sarah enjoys reading, painting, and spending quality time with her husband and their two rescue dogs.

Cheryl Davis Markovich – Natural Health Professional/ Live Blood Analyst

Cheryl is a Certified Natural Health Educator that combines many years of convention and preventative health education.  Cheryl offers live/dry blood cell analysis and nutri-body assessments. Through her medical and natural health training and by listening to her clients, she is able to help identify the root causes of disease, as seen in the blood analysis. She believes that every physical ailment has a mental, emotional, or spiritual component that either caused it, aggravates it, or is preventing it from healing.  Her passion is in helping others identify what has kept them in bondage for years.  She does this through proper education, knowledge and support. Because of her love of family (six girls and ten grandchildren), animals, and acreage life, her clinic is located in the country, just a few minutes east of Red Deer.  It has been a transition home for many and  is often described as a centre of peace, tranquillity and rejuvenation. Along with the help of her husband Terry, she owns and operates Building Bridges to Health Naturally and their vision is to help restore the human body to the condition and purpose it was created for.
